Orbi - Genie app - usage: stopped measuring?

Hi,

 

I have the idea that since the last update, I no longer see usage in the Genie app. Last month still shows some data however august shows nothing which is strange since I have updated apps on my iphone and ipad. My gf also worked from home yesterday hanging on the wifi.

 

Anybody else has this issue?

    When you say genie app do you mean the Orbi setting in the web browser or the actual netgear genie app? If you are using the genie app you will want to switch over to the Orbi app.

      I have both the Orbi and the Genie app.

       

      The Orbi app doesn't display usage and a lot of other functionality. So why would I want to switch?

       

      Question remains, why doesn't the Genie app display usage anymore? I was very interested in those numbers.
