Hi Thanks, for the response.
Yes, it is the RBR50 router
Yes, started a day ago without any change to system (in over a year)
The Orbi Router connects via ethernet to an Optimum router (with it's own wifi - Intertek FiberGateway GR140DG)
I used a needle to press "reset": for well over 10 secs. Nothing changes. No LEDs light up. Green power light stays on.
When I try to access through App it just says disconnected. Not sure how to access via browswer.

So, you are using two routers at the same time. That can cause problems and explain why you can't get at its controls.

But first sort out the double NAT issue.

Any number of things could have happened. When you set up the Orbi it will try to anticipate the NAT thing and pick settings that avoid problems. Maybe the other router did something odd that screwed up the settings.

Ok - eill give those a read. But isn't it odd that no LED lights show up on Orbi Router even if not even plugged in? Should not at least the white LED ring pulsate during start up?

Yes. But troubleshooting starts with eliminating possible issues one at a time.
On which, does the RBR50 broadcast a WiFi SSID that you can see?
Have you checked that the adapter/transformer is OK? Try swapping it with one from a satellite.
