Is the Static IP address set ON the RCVR or the router?
Try setting the IP address pool, from 192.168.1.100 to .200. Static IP addresses should be outside of a default IP address pool, not inside. And should be ON the device, not the router. Reservations are set ON the router for devices.
IS the RCVR the only device that looses connections?
Where is the RCVR connected? Router or Satellite?
The static IP is set on the receiver, I also have it reserved on the router but will remove the reservation and change the address pool.
The receiver doesn't lose the connection, it's literally just the airplay functionality. Airplay works just fine to my various Apple TV's, it's just airplay to the receiver that diasppears quickly. The rest of the receiver functions remain online. That's why I'm thinking there isnt a specific port opened up or something is crashing that functionality in my receiver possible?
