orbi and draytek vigor 130 no internet

Question

SO my orbi rbk50 is working fine with a cheap and cheerful dlink modem. THEN I decide to upgrade the modem to a draytek vigor 130 and no internet connection. Good support from draytek established I could get a connection to the internet from my laptop so the problem is with the orbi router, all have been rebooted etc etc any ideas out there?

Have you tried to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button on the Orbi for 10+seconds then you will have to set up the orbi router again.

I tried this, hard reset the orbi with the new modem attached and it worked YAYthanks for the help
