Orbi and Netgear Genie

I am using Netgear Genie with an Orbi setup. 

 

This weekend I wanted to reboot the Orbi system via the App because of slow speeds on the network. After I pressed the "Reboot" button it resetted the Orbi system (Router and Satelitte) to default setting losing all the settings. I had to reconfigure the whole system again with all my settings. 

 

Known bug?

    Hello E1bot

     

    I tried to do this with my Orbi and it just reset the router It did not factory reset the unit. Do you have the latest version of genie?

      Yip, the latest one for Apple. I will try it again this weekend and see what happens. I've done this before and it didn't reset the unit, just the once over the weekend. 

       

      Will try it a couple more times and provide feedback if it happens again.
