Orbi and other Routers
Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I have to ask: One of the Orbi components is described as "the Orbi router." Does/can Orbi replace the modem that I am renting from my ISP, or does it work in concert with the ISP router? Thanks.

like all routers.. it requires the modem for the connection to internet. If your ISP has provided a combo modem/wifi router, you can turn off the router function (put it in bridge mode) and disable the wifi function via the web interface, and then let a third-party router (like Orbi) handle the routing/wifi.
