Orbi App don't recognise this device

The Orbi app for IOS has updated at some point since I last used it and when I enter my credentials I'm getting a 'we don't recognise this device', which is fair enough, I have a new phone. When I try the other verification method it's going to an old email address that I no longer have access to.

 

How do I change the device or email address if I cannot log into the app?

 

There is no option to turn off 2FA on the Netgear website.

 

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    When you get to the "app" forum, you may get a more satisfactory result by sending a private message to one of the forum moderators (by clicking on their forum 'name' - the "at sign" + name.  Moderators have a graphic "N" after the name).  Such as Blanca_O 

    Netgear prefers that customers not post sensitive or private information on the public forum.

    I would include the email address that you no longer have access to, your new email address, and the serial number of the Orbi.

     

    That makes (yet another) reason I prefer the Orbi web interface over the "app".
