ORBI CBR40 slow device speeds when not shown as connected device

Orbi CBR40, v2.3.5.12__1.0.8

Hello!

When a particular computer connects to the Orbi, it shows up as a connected device with proper speeds (320mbps).  But soon after, the computer is lost as a connected device, speed degrades to 15mbps (and it is still connected / online).

Any help is great.  Please see video and note the IP address of the computer doesn't show as a connected device.

The Orbi is line of sight and25 feet from the computer.

In the video, you can actually see it lose speed during the speedtest.

Given that this question doesn't concern the cable portion of the modem, this forum is appropriate.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
