Orbi CBR40
I cannot add security method or password to my guest wifi.
It says "Configuration Error: Orbi could not apply your new settings. Check your WiFi connection and try again"
Then the options to click are "Try Again" which ends up trying again then giving me the same answer
and
"Update WiFi credentials" which takes me back to the Guest WiFi page but it does not save a password.

I was trying on the app. Factory reset it, turned off and on, and everything.
I was trying on accounts.netgear.com and it said I had to do everything on the app.
Finally, I fould the different website orbilogin.com and then realized I could do it online. Probably spent three hours trying to give it a password the last 2 days. The app must be glitching for me.

Are you trying through the app or using the browser?
What firmware version are you on?
Have you tried a factory reset lately?

I'd make a backup and then mark this as solved so others aren't still trying to fix this 🙂
