Orbi Disconnecting all day? Says the wife...
Wife complains constantly that the WiFi is out... I never experience the issue but she is home way more than me. I am home at night and really never experience the issue. She is saying that the TV freezes or loads forever, Alexa stops playing music and her safari app just spins and takes forever to load. She thinks I’m an ass because I say that I’m not experiencing same thing.... what’s going on here? She is blaming orbi?

What model Orbi are you using and what firmware are you using? This will make a huge difference, so please post.
- HarleyptAspirantHave the RBR 50 router with 2 satellites. Modem is an Arris Surfboard SB6183. Currently running 2.1.2.18. Properties all all two acres so I don’t think that neighbors would effect this?
What is the Mfr and model # of the ISP modem as well that the Orbi is connected too?
Any other wifi neighbors near by? If so, how many?

There is a newer Beta FW that seems to have better experiences found here:
Users of 50 series models are encouraged to upgrade to this version of FW.
Please do a factory reset on both router and satellite(s) after loadings this version of FW and setup from scratch.
