Orbi does not save/retain VLAN settings

Firmware V2.0.0.74

I'm trying to configure CenturyLink Fiber Internet (1gb) on my Netgear Orbi. And failing!

As the subject says, whenever I try to change or save any attribute of the default "Internet" VLAN, it is not retained / not saved / not changed. This is true whether I try to change the priority, or (more importantly) the VLAN ID after checking "Enable VLAN/Bridge group" and then selecting "By VLAN tag group".

Any suggestions would be welcome? Have tried on Safari and Chrome on macOS.

Have you tried from another device?

      Hi Darren!

I just tried from my iPad using Chrome, which failed, and then again on an old Dell Windows 10 laptop on both Chrome and Edge, which also failed. My main device is a MacBook Pro, which failed using both Safair and Chrome.

Also note that I couldn't figure out how to edit this post originally, so I made a new post the following day with more detailed steps - that may help better illustrate what I'm seeing:

      https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/BUG-Cannot-edit-quot-Internet-quot-VLAN-settings-e-g-Priority/m-p/1409025

If that new post is more clear, or more helpful for the community, please feel free to resume the conversation there. Else this works fine, too!

Ultimately, I am trying to set up CenturyLink Fiber Internet. This requires PPPoE authentication (which is working) and support for a tagged VLAN ID of 201 coming into the "WAN" port (which is NOT working).

Right now I have successfully set up PPPoE authentication at the Orbi level, but between the Fiber line (ONT) and the Orbi, I've had to use a managed switch that handles the "de-tagging" of VLAN ID 201. For obvious reasons I'd like to remove this switch (it's otherwise a pointless failure point & expense) and handle everything with the Orbi. I believe the only thing preventing me from doing this is this the inability to manage the VLAN settings on the core "Internet" port, as described above. Unless I'm doing something wrong?
