globespy what is "completely broken" means? it's function problem? or else?

When I updated to v2.1.4.16, the box for Disable IGMP Proxying was checked causing inablility to send/receive e-mails on Outlook 2010 and problems with internet connection. After troubleshooting other areas of my computer for several days, I finally found that to be the issue. Hope this helps others.
