Orbi installation - firmware update - dead router

When you did the reset did you press and hold the reset button for a very long time, until the green light started flashing? That should reset everything. If that doesn't work there's probably some way to use tftp to reload the firmware. I've done this on other bricked Netgear routers but not on Orbi yet.
