Orbi LBR20 100NAS vs EUS model
I purchased an LBR20 100NAS to use in Europe but see that the input power brick specifies 110v 60Hz. I also noted that the EU cellular bands are different than the US ones.
-Can I plug in the power brick into 220v just using a plug adapter?
-Do all LBR20s support all the cellular bands ?
-Will a European SIM (Cosmote in Greece) be recognized by the US model?
-Is there an issue with changing the preset location of the LBR20 ?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi with LTE products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

How long ago was this purchased? Netgear offers 90 days of 'complimentary' support and should be able to answer these questions.

35 days ago. I cannot get support from internet. It says "Sorry it's not you it's us" and I cannot enter text anywhere I go. The power brick clearly states 100-120v so it clearly cannot be plugged into 220.

Bad plan.

The power supply is the least problem...

Correct. Same applies to the WiFi channels available - a US FCC requirement, not allowing to change band plans.
