Orbi login... Help please!
Tried to set up the Orbi for the first time. Got a message on the app that said router not supported. I have verified with internet provider that router is not old and should supoport this product ...
Use a wire connected PC with a web browser to set up the router first.
What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?
