Orbi losing LAN connection
My setup is RBR50 with 2 RBs50 and 2 RBS20 satellites. All the satellites are wired directly to the router and are not daisy chained and only 1 satellite is connected via a switch. This has been working well for some time but recently the network has been losing it's LAN connections. There is no light on the router or satellites but when you look at the system status the internet is connected and the satellites are offline. My devices wired to the network lose their connection although wifi seems to work. A couple of times over the last 2 days I've noticed the LAN was down but then it restarted as soon as I tried to use a wired PC. I've rebooted the system a few times. It's all very wierd.
I had a look at the log and noticed a few instances of [Dos Attack: ARP Attack] from source 192.168.1.xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx coming from my own devices including a Orbi satellite. There are various other Dos attacks coming from outside but I don't have upnp or port forwarding enabled.
It may be a coincidence but the firmware was updated to V2.5.1.16AU and the satellites to V2.5.1.16 shortly before I strarted having problems. I don't know why the router has the AU (Australia) version while the satellites don't.
Any Ideas? I thought about reverting to the older firmware or doing a complete system reset but thought I'd ask the question here first.

- MstrbigMasterDid you reboot your Orbi after firmware update? I've read sometimes this has to be done.
I'm running rbr50 , 2 rbs50s and 1 rbs40 voice. I'm full wired backhaul with 2 switches and 21+ devices.
I'm on the same firmware, no issues.
Last resort, reboot ISP modem, reset orbi and reconfigure.- BasilBAspirant
Yes done a few reboots.
I have also rebooted the modem but pretty sure the modem isn't the problem. The orbi app shows router is online but the satellites are offline and the wired devices can't access the network.

Although problem starting shortly after a firmware update may not be related to the update, there is little to lose from "going back."
i.e. Download the previous firmware release that worked.
Unpack the zip files to get the image files for satellites and router.
Save the configuration file on the router. (Advanced Tab, Administration, Backup Settings
Connect a web browser to each satellite (using the IP address of the satellite, i.e. http://<ip address>).
Select "Firmware Update" from the menu.
After the satellites are done, select the Advanced Tab, Administration, Firmware Update, and use the Manual Update tab to load the firmware on the router.
Reboot the router and satellites.
If "all is good", I would stick with this firmware release.
If the situation reoccurs, I would consider a Factory Reset, which means it has to be configured again. My first try would be to reload the saved configuration after the Factory Refresh. If the problem keeps happening, I would mix a strong drink, Factory Reset, and configure the Orbi from scratch. (cursing and yelling the entire time).

I would reset the entire system and setup from scratch. Yes, should be tried before reverting back.
I to also have a RBK50 and 1 RBS50 and RBS20. Alll wired thru switches. No issues with v16 FW.
What is the mfr and model# of this switch in between the RBR and RBS?

I have one satellite connected via Netgear GS108 8 Port Gigabit switch. The other 2 satellites are wired directly to the router.

What happens if you remove this switch from the configuration? This change anything?
