so a couple points/things.
The orbi's don't let you choose the band or the satellite. The phone/device does that automatically.
- are you actually connected to the satellite?
- are you connected via 2.4ghz or 5ghz? Devices tend to default devices to the 2.4ghz until they've proven they need more bandwidth. If you're on 2.4ghz, 50mbps is pretty good and about all you can expect from it. its a slow band.
- You can log into the extener and check its status page (using its IP address) and see the backhaul and fronthaul connections. What do they show?
