Orbi Mesh RBR10

All Orbi WiFi routers broadcast on both 2.4G and 5G WiFi. This cannot be 'changed'.

Is there a specific reason for the question?

I understand you that would like to know which network band you are using on your network and if there is a way to manually pick a network band. For the RBR10 there is no way to choose the desired network band. This is applied automatically depending on the most optimal network band for the device.

 

To figure out which network band you are using please follow the steps below. 

On a Windows PC, simply do the following:

 

Select the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar 

Then select properties

Next, scroll down to "Network Band".  

Finally, You will see either 5GHz or 2.4GHz
