Orbi mesh WiFi
Does the Orbi ac3000 mesh WiFi include a modem/router or do I buy that separately?

RBK systems dont not have a built in router. The CBK system has a built in cable modem.
If you want to get a RBK system, you'll need to get a separate modem to use. A stand alone modem is prefered if you use a RBK system with it.
That depends on the model. The RBR and RBK series are routers and do not include a modem. The modem you need depends on your Internet Service Provider (i.e. cable, DSL, Fiber, etc).
