Orbi Not Found

I had to do a factory reset on my Orbi CBR40. I am trying to set it up via the Orbi app. I get through the entire thing and then it says that the Orbi is not found. All of the lights on the front are steady blue and the light within is a steady white. When I go into my phone WiFi settings, it says no internet connection. What do I need to do?? I’m ready to drop-kick it into the woods. Is that my only option? Thanks for the help.
