Orbi not giving full bandwidth -Orbi AC3000

Need some help please as I'm at a loss. I have internet with 350 megs. When I test the internet speed using the orbi app it shows 320-350 which is perfect. When I connect my Ipad and run a test in the same room as the main orbi router i only get 80-100. The connected devices all look legit except  Arcadyan Technology which an earlier post said was orbi.

 

Need some help please.

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
    Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.

    What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
    What WPA security modes are you using? Try WPA2 and AES only.

     

    Depending upon the iPad, it may only be able to test at 100Mb. IF other devices are testing good an the iPad isn't, possible issue with the iPad.

    What iOS are you using on the iPad? 

    What generation model# is the iPad? 

    Orbi app is being used on which device? 

    Do wired PC speeds work?

      Orbi App - Phone and Ipad

       

      You were correct on the ipad, only goes to 100. I tried my phone downstairs and its at 300+.(Playstation Downstairs)

      My main concern was my sons playstation. I was using the ipad to test. It seems wired or wireless his speeds fluctuate from 30-135.Connections to the satelltes show good.
