Orbi Not Responding

My Orbi was working fine this morning. Now I'm unable to access it. When. I restart the router the ring is solid white, then flashing white, goes off for a bit then comes on solid magenta and stays that way. I can't ping it router IP.

I confirmed my Internet is up by taking the Orbi out of the mix.

Any ideas?

    hi

     

    so are you connected to the orbi sat or router 

     

    and are you connected by wifi or ethernet ?

     

    connect by ethernet to the orbi and see if it picks up an ip address 

     

    if it does see if you can access the gui of the orbi 

     

    once you confirm that we can go further
