Orbi Outdoor satellite+RBR50 AC3000. No sync

I purchased 2 outdoor satellites and none of them can sync with my RBR50 AC3000. They did synced with the RBR40 AC2200 that included 3 satellites in the box but returned it and exchanged for a 1 sate...
