Orbi RB50 Remote Management Problem

I'd previously set up remote management and it was working. The firmware update (0.18) went wonky and I had to factory reset. Once I set everything back up and it was working correctly, I turned on remote management.  When I open the android app, it shows my RB50 with serial number, but says it is offline. This is not correct, it is online.

 

Orbi is working and fully functional;

Reinstalled app;

 

Any ideas how I can re-establish remote management?

    Try removing the orbi network from the phone and then connecting to the wireless again then open the app again and see if it pick up the system.
