ORBI RB50 Router Offline, Satellites On; Internet working on some devices not on others
Pretty much out of the blue my router starting having issues. I am losing internet connectivity on some dives, my phone for example, but other remain fine.. This issue seems to be intermittent, but when present the issues are The router shows offline (Red on app) Internet may show online or offline, but seems to work regardless. Modem indicates up time without disruption. Satellites (2) remain online (Green in app) Prior to this issue the solution has been rock solid and very, very good, now I want to throw it out the window.

To try to help you, the forum will need some more infor mation:
1) What firmware version is installed on the router and the satellites?
2) What is your router-satellite configuration, i.e., star or daisy-chain?
3) Have you recently made any changes to the location of the router or satellites?
4) Do you have any closeby neighbors who've changed their WiFi?
5) Have you recently changed or added any new WiFi devices?
6) What channels are your 2.4gHz and 5 gHz bands set to?
Be certain there was not an "auto update" or some errant "click to update" on your part to accidentally update firmware out of sequnce. What troubleshooting have you done so far, e.g., powercycle, factory reset, reinstall firmware, etc.?
