Can you give some more detail on the issue you are having?

I was trying to update the netgear genie on my MacBook. It downloads then I get an error message that say no mountable file systems the firmware or the orbi is updated. It the netgear application that’s not updating.
You may want to try and uninstall genie then try to download and load the updated one. And orbi does not fully work with the genie app for the best result you will want to log into the orbi via the web browser.
