Orbi RBK12 Connected but no internet access

Hi all, I just bought an Orbi RBK12 about 6 hours ago and had it installed and reinstalled several times via the app. However I am connected but without any internet access. I am currently using a ASUS GT-AX11000 Router for about 3 days, brand new. Please help!

I am wondering what the purpose is of adding a cheap Orbi WiFi system to a $400 "Top of the Line" Asus AX WiFi system, since it appears that both are providing WiFi.

The Orbi RBR10 (router) "Internet Port" is connected with an ethernet cable to one of the ethernet ports on the Asus, correct?

Does the Orbi show up on the Asus display of "connected devices"?

What IP address does the Asus show for the Orbi?

The convention thinking on this forum is that having "two routers" is generally not a good strategy.  Netgear describes the situation like this:

The most obvious step is to use the Orbi web interface to change the Orbi from "router" to "Access Point" (AP) mode. This is on the Advanced Tab, Advanced Setup, Router/AP Mode.
