orbi rbk13 set up easy. Orbi app setup not.

Recently purchased Orbi RBK13 wifi system and easily set it up in my home utilizing app and instructions. Once installed it has provided excellent wifi to my home and all devices.  Regarding the app, I have tried all troubleshooting techniques listed in the various pages of the app, those listed in Netgear's support pages, and some tips provided in the community.  Thus far, I have only achieved frustration and failure to get the app to recognize my router, and my Orbi37 wifi signal.  Therefore, I am unable to use the app to manage my Orbi wifi system.  I will gladly employ any suggestions provided in pursuit of setting up this app.  BTW, the app is installed on my iPhone 8 with IOS 15.4. I have also installed it on my samsung android tablet.  I have achieved the same degrees of failure regardless of the operating system employed. I endeavor to update its firmware, which I'm sure is not current, and utilize the other features advertised for the app. My attempts at accessing and using Orbilogin.com & net have been equal failures.  Likewise, the troubleshooting techniques provided by Netgear have all failed.

    the apps been seeing a lot of issues lately that we've seen on the forums.

    If the device is new, you can contact support about it. Its free within 90 days of purchase on new devices. 

    Sometimes a faster route. 

    To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
