ORBI RBK20 won't connect through CM700 Modem
I took it out of the box plugged it in and I don't get any internet connection. I'm using a CM700 on Spectrum. What do I need to do to make this work. Not very technicle.

What FW is currently loaded?
Power off both modem and Orbi.
Ensure Orbi base router is conected to the modem with a good quality LAN cable. CAT 6 is recommended. Swap out as well.
Connect your wired PC to the back of the base router.
Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync.
Power ON the Orbi base router after the modem is synced to ISP.
Navigate to the web page for the Orbi router. 192.168.1.1 and walk thru the setup wizard. Write down information for safe keeping later.
