Orbi RBK23 - App shows no Internet but WiFi working fine

We recently bought and set up the RBK23 Orbi Wifi.  In the mobile App, the main Router shows as Magenta with no Internet connection, however, the wifi connection is working fine.

 

As the Wifi is working, I normally wouldn't be concerned, however, when trying to connect our Sky Q box, that is also picking up that there is no Internet connection despite all other devices working fine so I'm not sure if this is somehow linked and it is picking up the status of the router rather than the actual connection.

 

Has anyone else seen this?  Why is the App showing as no internet when it obviously does have a connection?

      Hi plemans, thanks for coming back to me.

       

      Looks like this could be the issue.  We are on Talk Talk FTTP so have a wall mounted Modem with a seperate router.  I currently have this set with the Orbi connected via an Ethernet port at the back of the existing router.  I have tried both ways with the Orbi connected directly to the Modem but still linking the old router as it has more Ethernet ports and we need three connecting so don't have enough on the back of the Orbi router.

        You can put the orbi in access point mode. It disables its routing function and leaves the other router running that.
