ORBI RBK23 troubleshoot

I’m having trouble with my ORBI router connecting to the Internet. It sends me to a page where it says your ORBI has had difficulty connecting to the DHCP. I don’t kinks what information I’m needing to type in to the advanced settings to get it to connect to the internet. Would love some advice on how to get past this.

    The majority of ISP's appear to use DHCP as the mechanism to connect user devices, but not all.

    (some require user names and passwords.  some use PPoE rather than DHCP.)

    I would start by reviewing the ISP's information on connecting to their equipment or call their tech support number.
