Orbi RBK30, flashing white all the time

Question

So after a power outage our Orbi continuously flashes white, I have power cycled it. No change, I have tried syncing , no change....went to factory reset the main unit and it won't go amber colour, the satellite will but not the base unit. &nbsp;This was working great until the power outage, we have only had it a few weeks. And now I'm thinking we own an expensive paper weight. &nbsp;Can anyone help with some suggestions, bearing in mind I'm not that tech minded lol.

we have identified this as a issue with the RBK40/30 units and you will need to contact support they will be able to help with this issue

Hi Darren M,&nbsp;Thanks foir the reply.&nbsp;I have contacted Netgear, and they have had me run ping tests etc, and it looks like I have a defective Orbi, so they are going to replace my system.&nbsp;Taeba
