Orbi RBK40-AC2200 Speed Drop

I posted here yesterday about a problem I had when I upgraded to the AC3000 unit.

I have since gone and re-exhanged that for a set of the AC2200 but the speed is still down from ~100 mbps to 30mbps.

I am using the Orbi system in conjunction with a Xfinity Triple play modem/gateway. When connected directly to the modem's wifi I get 100+ Mbps but when running a test through the orbi wifi it is 30mbps. This was not the previous case before I swapped and re-swapped systems.

Please let me know if there are any ideas as to why this happened.
