Orbi RBK43 - One Laptop Running Slow Wireless & Wired

Please bear with me.  First time creating a post in a community environment.

I purchased an Orbi RBK43 this weekend and set it up.  Everything runs fine except for one of my laptops.  Everything, including this one laptop, ran fine on my old equipment.  Wireless & wired my laptop is going at downloads speeds of under 5 Mbps.

I've done a hard restart and checked settings and everything else I can think of.

Can someone please help me?

Thank you!

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What model are these laptops and wireless devices? What model and mfr wireless adapter cards are installed?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Is the laptop connected (wired & WiFi) to the router or to one of the satellites?

What does the Orbi say abou the "Link Rate" to the laptop?

(This is one of the places where the Orbi "app" appears to be superior to the web interface.)
