Orbi RBK50 - Need help to setup with Singtel

Question

Hi All,I have just bought the Orbi RBK50 recently.&nbsp; However, I have difficulties setting up the router with my Singtel ONT.&nbsp; Are there any settings I need to change in order for me to connect the Singtel ONT to the router (ie. RBK50)?&nbsp; If yes, what are the settings I need to change?&nbsp;Thanks in advance.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Built in router here by chance?

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

Any specific ISP account configurations, you'll need to talk to your ISP about this to get there help.

Hi.&nbsp; Thanks for your advice.&nbsp; My model of my ONT is as below link and is not a built in router.https://www.singtel.com/personal/support/broadband/routers-ont/zte-ont-led-troubleshoot&nbsp;I have tried various methods including setting up the VLAN tag group&nbsp;https://kb.netgear.com/000038854/How-do-I-set-up-a-bridge-for-a-VLAN-tag-group-for-my-Orbi-WiFi-System-if-I-live-in-Singapore&nbsp;but it still cannot connect to internet.&nbsp; Not sure of the reasons.&nbsp; I tried calling my ISP and they indicated that the ONT is working and that they are unable to help much.&nbsp; They told me that the issues and settings lie with the Orbi router and not from their side.&nbsp;Thanks.&nbsp;

Does connecting a PC directly to the ONT work or do you have to make some special configurations on the PC?&nbsp;

Hi, I’m using the same SingTel router, and facing the same problems in linking. Only way I can access is to have it linked to the router with dual networks. Prefer to just use only the Orbi router, instead of both the Orbi and SingTel router. Any help is appreciated.
