ORBI RBK50 disconnects internet

Hi there, I have recently installed ORBI RBK50 router and satellite and it has been working a treat, excellent connections, coverage and speed. Until ... we started to turn on/off certain devices or install Circle on the iPhone app. The ORBI router is connected with a Huawei B525-65A 4G/LTE Wireless Modem, on the 4/WAN port. Every time we made any changes on the ORBI iPhone app and the Circle app, the internet goes offline. When we check the wireless modem, internet is still online. The disconnection to the internet is between the modem and the ORBI router. At first we thought it was the Circle app causing the issue, but it also does it when we disconnect a device eg. taking our daughter off the internet after midnight on the ORBI iPhone app. The only way we know to restore the connection is by resetting the ORBI system and restart the whole setup again. This happens a few times every time. Any suggestion or help is greatly appreciated.

    Modem Combo Units:
This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

    Couple of options,
    1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
    2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
    3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Thanks Furry ... I have tried disconnecting all wifi from the modem but I have not tried the bridging option. Will give this a go. Thanks again.

Having two routers or two wifi sources near or on the same line can cause problems.

Hope the bridge feature will work for you, if not, try the 3rd Option suggested.
