ORBI rbk50 USB port // Wired printer connection through NETGEAR USB Control Center not visible

My Netgear system is an RBK50 (RBR50 with 2 RBS50 satellites).

- I am attempting to setup a printer through my network using the USB port and the ReadyShare Printer service.

- My printer is a Canon PIXMA TS6120. The printer driver is current with the latest version.

- I followed the instructions shown in my router's menu tab "BASIC" > "ReadySHARE Printer. (See Screenshot 1 - upper half)

- I downloaded the NETGEAR USB Control Center utility from www.netgear.com/readyshare. Download was successful.

- I opened the NETGEAR USB Control Center utility. (1) The USB Control Center is completely blank. No system shows up, much less the printer. All the buttons on the bottom of the dialog box are grayed out. (See Screenshot 1 - lower left corner)

>> the OS on my 1st computer is Windows 10

Question: How do I use a setup a wired network connection to my printer though my RBR50 router?

Others may offer a more informed response, but my understanding is that Netgear promised Readyshare for the Orbi product line and never delivered.  I believe if you search the User Manual for the RBR50, the terms "ReadyShare" and "printer" never appear.

I'm a fan of my ORBI as well. But on this revelation, William Shakespear may well have written:

      "Gadzooks, M'Lord! This sucketh mightily!!

At any rate, Thanks for your timely response.

Your printer has wireless support. Review the printers user manual on how to connect the printer via wireless.
