Orbi RBK50 WiFi gone wonky
Been working like a dream for quite awhile. Now the WiFi is all jacked up, but wired LAN works perfect. On wifi:
- I can use iMessage
- cannot access webpages or speedtest.net
- cannot access routers through Genie
- tried rebooting, complete factory reset, nothing fixes it
Any thoughts out there?

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using? Try WPA2 and AES only.Try disabling the following and see:
IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Be sure the BeamForming and MIMO are enabled.- CbernadAspirant
The FW is the most current. But I have some new information.
The WiFi connectivity issues seem to be somewhat device specific. Most of the devices are now accessing the internet, but I have one iPhone, one iPad, and a couple of Kindle Fires that are not. Although they show that they are connected to the network, when I go into Genie those devices are not showing up.
