It might help to provide more information about the request.  IP 64.90.194.232 appears to be part of a group assigned to ViaWest in Charlotte, N.C.  Perhaps this is the "public address" of your Orbi system?

If you want to open ports on the Orbi and have them connect to a specific computer within your LAN, that is done on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, Advanced Setup, Port Forwarding.  Instructions are in the Help information at the bottom of the web page.  You have to specify which IP address on the LAN side of the Orbi these connections will go to.

Or, is do you want something different?

Sorry, I have no idea. It's the Texas version of HASA if that is of any assistance.

There any form of a sticker or front emblem with model # information on this?
