Orbi RBR20 - Reset and cannot reconnect armor service
Hi there,
I have reset my netgear orbi, and now have issues setting up netgear armor. I have launched the app and it only gives me the option to activate the trial version, even though I have a paid subscription. The last time I had to do this, I just activated the trial assuming when it finished it would revert back to my subscription service. When it didn't I could contact netgear support and get them to relink it somehow, however I do not have the option to contact support as my warranty has expired.
Any advice would be helpful.

Hardware warranty is one thing. Support for subscriptions is different:

Thanks for the reply. The options do not allow me to contact support for Armor, everytime I try and log a call, the website says my device is out of warranty and does not allow me to select the subscription service.

Plus I keep getting this message when I try the support page (from 4 differen devices and 3 different browsers):
