Orbi RBR20 drops wifi wired connection through it still works
I installed the RBR 20 to get mesh network connectivity replacing my nighthawk. At first it worked perfectly. Then after a couple of days it started to drop wifi every couple of minutes. Wired connections through the orbi still worked. I have no connectivity issues with the Nighthawk (even though there are some dead spots in the house with it (even with a range extender). I tried everything I could find on these forums to fix it but nothing seems to work. I understand that there is a fair amount of interference from neighbors houses but it doesn't seem to affect the Nighthawk.
Can someone explain to me why the ORBI is useless when Nighthawk works fine?

Forgot to mention that I have the 2.3.5.30 firmware. Which the orbi says is up to date.
the most recent firmware for that one is 2.5.1.16.
make sure to update the satellites first.
Then update the router. After it updates, if its still having issues, try resetting and starting back from stock.
What modem are you using? (model)
