Orbi RBR20 slow wifi - Router only
Have got a strange issue with by RBK20 kit. Satellite connected via wired backhaul. Wifi over satellite maxes out my broadband (600 down, 35 up) and it's in the loft (1 wall to go through).
Sat directly next to the router and max download is 50 and upload still the same. Daisy chain is disabled and firmware is v2.6.2.104. Orbi app shows connected to the router at max speed on both iPad and iPhone but doesn't seem to be right based off the speed test results.
Why would the router and the satellite have different speeds for the same devices?

How is the RBS connected to the RBR, direct or is there a ethernet switch in the middle?
Yup switch between them, though kinda doesn't explain why the RBS is faster on WiFi than the RBR. I've tried disconnecting the RBS and doesn't seem to have made a difference
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure when you speed testing with a wifi device, that you disable it's wifi ratio for 5 seconds, go near the RBR or RBS, then turn ON the wifi radio on the device and it should connect to the nearest unit. Then speed test.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What is all connected at the RBR vs RBS?
