ORBI Rbr20
Probably an easy solution but my buddy that set-up my original system died of Cancer a week ago. I am techno challenged and need simplified help? I can't access the 2400 side of my ORBI system and have electronics I need to set-up with the 2400 internet settings.. Any easy solutions. I've gotten into the ORBI app on my phones but was baffled off of the app pretty quick... Any help for an Old Retired Fire Chief? Tom Tisdale
You'll need to factory reset the RBR and RBS and setup from scratch. Press the reset button on the back of the RBS and RBR for 15 seconds then release.
Use a wired PC for best access with a web browser connected to the RBR and navigate to Orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1. Walk thru the setup wizard here.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
