Ok. Someone gave me a Orbi RBR20 set how do I get to work if some one else registered it

Do a Factory Reset, then plug it in. Use the web interface to administer it.
p.s. ignore the Orbi 'app'

To deregister the product the original user must unregister the device from their NETGEAR account and Orbi app.
Please have the original owner navigate to the links below and follow the instructions on how to deregister their product.

As CrimpOn says all you need to do its to reset it.
Manuals are always a good place to start.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
