Orbi RBR50 - No Internet connection - Going crazy
Hi All - I hope someone can help me on this topic. I have an RBR50 that has working great since I purchased it. Recently, it has started to behave erratically many times a day. I have a number of devices connected to the Orbi which is hard-wired to an AT&T BGW210 Broadband Gateway WiFi Modem Router. All of a sudden my iPhone or any home computers that are connected to the Orbi wifi will lose connectivity to the Internet. The crazy part is all my other devices like TVs, home security, Nest, Blink, etc. will continue to work without any issues. On my iPhone, the Wi-Fi will show the message "No Internet Connection". THe firmware version that I have is V2.7.4.24. I have tried all options of rebooting, etc. bt to no avail. I know the gateway is working fine since it works correctly. I have tried to reset to factory defaults but I do not see that succeeding since the f/w version remains at V2.7.4.24. I am at my wits end since my kids need to be connected for their school work. Anybody seeing such a problem. I would appreciate all the help!

- This is definitely because you have double routers. the BGW210 is a router and it seems that your Orbi is in Router mode. Either set the BGW210 to bridged mode or change Orbi to AP mode.
Having 2 routers can cause such intermittent issues. So it can work sometimes and suddenly you start getting issues.
