Orbi RBR50 + 2 Satellites - Working but new devices cannot connect
I've had my Orbi RBR50 router and 2 satellites for years. They work great and have about 30 or so devices connected. I have 1GB Xfinity internet coming through a Netgear CM2000 modem and then passing to the Orbi RBR50 via wired connection (Orbi in router mode). The two satellites are on opposite ends of the home with the RBR50 in the center.
My issue is this: Orbi is working and all devices work well. However, I cannot connect any new devices at all. The new devices (e.g., brand new iPhone 14 and a newer TCL 4k smart TV) will see the Orbi, I'll type my password in, the devices think for a bit, and then say it cannot connect. Another issue that is happening (and started happening simultaneously to this "new devices cannot connect" phenomenon) is that my MacBook Air M1 2020 loses connection randomly and takes a while to reconnect. If I close my MacBook, open it up, and try to access the internet it will say I have no connection to Wifi and this will last 1-2 mins before it reconnects. This never used to happen - it would always stay connected instantly.
Firmware V2.7.4.24
Any thoughts or things I could try or more detailed info that people would like to see? I've already tried restarting the modem, the routers, completely resetting routers to factory, etc. Nothing works.
Thanks in advance for any advice or help!

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
You might try and use the Forget This Network feature on these devices, reboot them then try again.
As a quick test what happens if you change the WPA mode to NONE. Does these new devices connect then? Re-enable WPA2 and AES after testing. Turn OFF the RBS and any other devices temporarily while do this.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)?One User Experience/Configuration:
