Orbi RBR50 blocked WiFi to my sump pump monitor
I use something called PumpSpy to monitor the operation of a sump pump at our house. It uses WiFi to report to me and has never been a problem but last night orbi blocked it and continued to send blocked messages every minute for hours overnight. There is no way to “mass unblock” and it appears that simply unblocking one of the notifications doesn’t prevent the next block from occurring. I’m order to keep my sump pump monitor online, I’ve had to disable security all together. Is there any way to permanently white list this device beyond what I’ve tried? Net gear gives me no options for continued support so hoping this community can help. Thanks!

I had the exact same issue. I haven't tried putting on my guest wifi yet...

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi - NETGEAR Communities
Those things are very different from the DSL Modems & Routers covered in this section. These don't have much in common with Orbi.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. - FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
Is Armor enabled by chance, if so, disable it.
