Orbi RBR50 bought from Amazon as open box - problems setting up and registering

I bough Orbi Netgear RBR 50 
I bought it on Amazon 09/29/2017 as open box item.
I tried to install it and it does not let me connect to Wifi ORBI86 using password on the label.

I tried to register router online but it says that device was registered already.

I guess somebody already registered device and returned it to Amazon and I bought it from Amazon as an open box item.

How can I register this device and complete instalation if the provided password for ORBI86 does not work( was it changed?)

    Don't know about re-registration but you can reset to factory settings by holding down the little paperclip accessbile button on the back for 30+ seconds

    Send me a PM with the serial number and I will look into the registration. but try a factory reset like aaz suggested.
