ORBI RBR50 keeps staying lit on white light

I have an ORBI RBR50 system.  Since 1am, all my satellites were lit pink (no connections).  I rebooted the cable modem and rebooted the Orbi RBR50 twice.  By unplugging them.  But still no internet connection.  What could be causing this issue?  I have the latest firmware according to the last update I have on my Orbi Login 2.7.3.22.  I can not even access my OrbiLogin dashboard either.   How do I go about to resolve this issue?

I did a direct ethernet connection from cable modem to my laptop and I have internet.

Any help or suggestions for an easy solution would be great.  

If I have to do a factory reset, then so be it.  I have only had this system since 2015.  I do not want to have to spend more money on an updated Orbi system.
