Orbi rbr50 v2 can't access router to change channel
Router works fine with 1 satellite. I wanted to change from channel 48 on 5ghz. I go online type in my ip for my router and it does not respond. I have confirmed I am using the proper router ip (ipv4 id). It should normally respond asking for my id and password (such as ADMIN for id). I can't access any of my router settings. Help??

Thanks for response. The firmware is v2.7.4.24. I went to Spectrum and got their latest router ES2251 by Sercomm, I tried what you said and used my laptop instead of my desktop as was able to access the router without a problem.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
